Returns & Exchanges

If you're happy, we're happy! We think you'll love our unique Whistle River creations as much as we do, but if you aren't completely satisfied you can easily return your order for a full (and FREE) refund or exchange.
We will gladly accept returns of any merchandise in its original condition (unworn*, unwashed, and unaltered) within 30 days of purchase. Just attach the enclosed pre-paid USPS return label and drop it in the mail with a note explaining the reason for your return. Upon inspection of your return, we will refund the full purchase price of the item. Any original shipping charges, including priority shipping, are non-refundable. Please note that for orders outside the 50 states, return shipping must be pre-paid at the customer's expense.
* Of course we expect you to try on your new clothes, but please don't wear them out if you're not sure you want to keep them. We can't accept or refund returns of obviously worn merchandise (with stains, odors, etc.).
So you love it, but it doesn't fit? Let us know. You may exchange your item for a different size of the same item, but exchanges are not allowed for a different item or for a different color unless the same item/color is no longer available. If you prefer a different item or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Please note, we reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges allowed per customer.
In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
